GoDaddy Clients

The primary challenge in managing GoDaddy clients across the country was the need to rapidly switch between different brands throughout the day. Each client, whether they were promoting an event, announcing a special or sale, updating business operations, introducing a new menu for a restaurant, or needing a print flyer, required a unique approach. The task was to deeply understand and apply each client's brand kit to the graphics and copy I created. This meant not only ensuring brand consistency across various platforms but also tailoring the tone and design to each specific brand's identity.

The goal was to deliver high-quality, on-brand content for each client, regardless of the diversity in their branding and messaging needs. This involved creating content that was not only visually appealing and aligned with the brand's aesthetics but also resonated with their target audience. The objective was to manage this while juggling multiple clients, ensuring each one received content that accurately reflected their brand and met their specific marketing objectives.

To address this challenge, I developed a system of using customizable templates for various types of content requests. These templates were adaptable yet maintained the core elements of each brand's identity, allowing for efficiency without compromising on personalization. Additionally, I established a routine of working with a set group of repeat clients, which enabled me to become deeply familiar with their branding and messaging. This familiarity ensured that each post was accurate and on-brand. By having these systems in place, I was able to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) effectively, delivering consistent, high-quality content that resonated with each brand's unique identity and audience.
